Although Teen Challenge Kenya is part of the worldwide movement of Global Teen Challenge, it is registered as a local NGO in Kenya. It is a ministry housed under the Kenya Assemblies of God and has a board that is chaired by the General Superintendent of the Kenya Assemblies of God, Bishop Philip Kitoto. The other members of the TCK Board are:

- Mr. Martin Muiruri (Member)
- Mr. Kennedy Avuomba (Member)

- Rev. Dr. Emily Obwaka (Executive Director TCK and Secretary of the Board)
The board of TCK provides oversight in the policy and strategy implementation of the program of TCK.
The senior management of team of TCK consists of the Executive Director, Dr. Emily Obwaka who serves alongside the program directors of the three centers:
- Rev. Charles Muiruri (Program Director TCK Kiambu Center for men)
- Pastor Peter Njogu (Program Director TCK Nakuru Center for men)
- Pastor Joy Arunga (Program Director TCK Kiambu Center for women)
